About the job
As the Ad Sales Manager at MuslimPro, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising sales strategies to monetize our platform and engage with advertisers both on the agency and direct sides. You will work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to maximize the revenue potential of our app and website. 


  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive digital advertising revenue, with a focus on both agency and direct clients. 
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions. 
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently growing advertising revenue month over month. 
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in digital advertising, adapting strategies accordingly. 
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in MuslimPro’s advertising offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential clients. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximize advertising opportunities on our platform. 
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the senior management team. 
  • Negotiation: Negotiate advertising deals, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and in line with the company’s objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a strong background in both agency and direct sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
  • Familiarity with the MuslimPro app and its user base is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
