About the job

As a Customer Success Executive – French Language, your duties are not limited to, but as follows:

  • Engage closely with customers to gather feedback to ensure they are satisfied with the product services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied with the business’s products via our various customer support channels – Zendesk (or similar Customer Support platforms), Social Media, app store reviews.
  • Know the company’s products or service inside out and ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades.
  • Execute localization initiatives for key markets such as English to French Language product translations, product localization, and updating prayer times and hijri calendar.
  • Focus on adding value to our community of French-speaking users and reducing churn through various customer engagement and experience initiatives on the company’s various digital platforms.
  • Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements & Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma holder with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Customer Support/Success, Sales or Account Management in a digital-based company.
  • Knowledge of the French market is essential because a successful candidate will review content on our platform for the French community.
  • Ability to speak & write in English and French fluently and idiomatically.
