About the role:

We are seeking an analytical and strategic Senior/Executive, Acquisitions & Performance Marketing to join our dynamic team. As an Executive in the Performance & Acquisitions team, you will play an essential role in driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversion funnels, and contributing to subscription growth. Your analytical skills, creative thinking, and collaborative mindset will be key assets in achieving our acquisition and conversion goals.

The Acquisitions & Performance Marketing team sits within the Marketing Communications department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition:

  • Assist in the development and execution of customer acquisition strategies to drive downloads and subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences and refine targeting strategies for acquisition campaigns.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring acquisition campaigns across various advertising channels and in-house platforms.
  • Participate in the optimization of ad creatives, targeting, and budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns and partnerships, including discounts, limited-time offers, and referral programs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and execute product bundling strategies and partnerships.

2. Funnel Optimization & Conversions

  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of sales funnels to guide customers through the conversion journey.
  • Analyze funnel performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Creative & Productions team to create engaging content that promotes subscription benefits. 
  • Assist in the implementation of personalized onboarding strategies that highlight subscription value.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Community team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Leverage in-house marketing and communications channels to engage potential subscribers and drive conversion. 

3. Campaigns & Reporting:

  • Assist in ideation and execution of creative campaigns that effectively communicate the benefits of subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with the Creative & Productions team to create compelling visuals and content for acquisition campaigns.
  • Help analyze campaign and user data to track performance, identify trends, and contribute to data-driven decision making.
  • Assist in generating regular reports to communicate progress and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong passion for digital marketing, customer acquisition, and subscription-based models.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Basic understanding of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and campaign optimization.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail, and the ability to contribute to growth strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with marketing and communications channels and platforms is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of subscription models and customer acquisition strategies is advantageous.
