What we need from you
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. We welcome diploma holders or individuals from a mid-career switch with proven experience.
- A portfolio of your previous work that showcases your ability to build and deploy full stack applications.
- Proficiency with version control, specifically Git.
- A commitment to writing readable, maintainable, and scalable code.
- You must be a self-motivated, fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be based in Singapore – but we also support remote working regardless of your location.
Great if you also have
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript.
- Front-end experience with React, Redux, and Server-Side Rendering tools like Next.js.
- Back-end experience with Node.js and frameworks like NestJS.
- Solid understanding of both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Firestore) databases.
- Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs and a grasp of secure, optimized API development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP (especially Firebase) and container orchestration with GKE / Kubernetes.
- An interest or familiarity in GenAI / ML or Python.
- The ability to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams (UI/UX designers, product managers, etc.).
- A knack for researching, debugging, and fixing issues independently across the entire stack.
- A collaborative spirit, open to giving and receiving feedback on large-scale features.
